- Home sales by # have increased over 30% in the last 12 months

- Inventory – homes available for sale –  has dropped considerably as homes sell faster and people ‘give up’ thinking the real estate market is not moving (not correct now….), sellers – it’s time to get your home listed!

-Under $200k range, which is the majority of sales, is getting multiple offers about 60% of the time – buyers are losing out if they are not prepared with a bank prequalification before they start looking

- There is very little new construction happening, so homes that list have less competition from new homes. Many of them sold at a loss during the last few years as builders struggled

- Average sales price of a home is up around 5% to just under 200,000

2012 ORIENTATION

Orientation Schedule:
Freshmen- August 14 – 1:00 – 3:00 Sophomores, Juniors, & Seniors – August 15 – 1:00 – 3:00
These are drop in times and parents and students do not need to stay the entire time. Students can pick up their schedules. Club representatives will be available to provide information on things happening at TCR. Cost of club memberships ranges from $5 to $15. PE uniforms will also be on sale for $20.


9th, 10th, 11th grade yearbook pictureswill be taken during this time.Appropriate dress is requested, young men should wear a collared shirt/tie and young women should wear a nice dress or blouse. Please no spaghetti straps or strapless tops. Payment is expected at time pictures are taken. Click to download order form, forms will also be available during orientation.
