On July 16th, 2012 Michael Karpus and Dana Trotsky bought a home with Patton Property Group at Keller Williams.
“We have had a wonderful time. We had a wonderful realtor, Gwen Bowers. She was so patient with us and drove us all over town. When we would wake up in the morning Gwen would have sent us a list of different houses,” said Dana Trotsky.
“To potential buyers, we want to say that when you go out, have a budget in mind, but also look a little further than your budget. You can find something that will work for you,” said Michael Karpus.
