Patton Property Closes 5th Buyer of 2012
ASHEVILLE, NC – JANUARY 14, 2012 – Patton Property Group helped their 5th buyer of the season on January 13, Patrick and Kimberlee Finnegan, who moved to Asheville from Greensboro, NC.
“I met the Finnegans through their property search on our website,” said buyer specialist/broker Gwen Bowers. “They were looking for a home and I contacted them to discuss specific needs they had for a home. They thought they would have to rent until they sold their home however, after we discussed interest rates and talked to a mortgage lender, they were able to apply for a mortgage. During the process, their home sold in Greensboro.”
