It’s hard to decide without better pictures!
We know how hard it can be to choose a home based on a little picture of the house with little or no details about the neighborhood, especially when you are out of town. This is especially difficult for established neighborhoods, although the pictures that new developments have online are often the glossy marketing shots. This makes it hard for sellers to market their homes effectively and it makes it hard as a buyer to get a good idea of a home. Although pictures only go so far, we are striving to build galleries of neighborhoods from a true perspective, ie not just marketing shots. We would be happy to go and preview a neighborhood that you might be interested in. Just let us know which one and we will go and take shots around and about!

If you haven’t seen this cute village in the great town of black mountain it’s well worth a visit. Black Mountain is only 15 minutes away from Asheville and Cheshire Village is made up of expensive homes as well as what they call tree houses. Adorable!
