We know how hard it can be to choose a home based on a little picture of the house with little or no details about the neighborhood, especially when you are out of town. This is especially difficult for established neighborhoods, although the pictures that new developments have online are often the glossy marketing shots. This makes it hard for sellers to market their homes effectively and it makes it hard as a buyer to get a good idea of a home. Although pictures only go so far, we are striving to build galleries of neighborhoods from a true perspective, ie not just marketing shots. There are now so many places to search on the internet for homes. There is generally a major difference between what is offered on internet sites and how a Realtor searches. Each MLS offers hundreds of search options, whereas an internet site Including Patton Property Group, offers basic search criteria. We understand that you often don’t want us calling you when you are just looking around. We have developed a custom search survey that you can fill in and we will set you up directly on the MLS. This will include type of house and how far or close you want to be to town for example.
